HOW TO COOK SAM GYE TANG
1. Boil  2.5 ~ 3L water with tea bag & 10 pieces of garlic for 10~15 mins.
2. Add cleaned chicken or duck into the soup.
3. Boil  with tea bag* until chicken/duck is cooked to your preference..
* Do not remove tea bag. It will absorb oil in soup.
4. Remove tea bag and it's ready to serve.
