Frozen- Tteokbokki 600g
1. Separate the rice cakes after immersing them in the cold water for awhile.
2. Stir fry the rice cakes, red sauce and black sauce in a pan with 2 Tsp vegetable oil. (You can adjust the sweetness by adding less black sauce.)
3. Add 360ml of water, fish cakes and any vegetables to your taste. Boil until the rice cakes become very soft and the sauce is thickened, about 8 - 10 minutes.
Stir frequently so the rice cakes don't stick to the bottom of the pan.
